Lead RevOps engagements for trades clients: run discovery, build strategy, and execute HubSpot and field-service system implementations. Manage client relationships, translate technical operations for non-technical owners, build playbooks, and apply AI automations to improve revenue processes.

Execute and own demand-generation across email/newsletters, events, content, and paid ads. Work with the founder on strategy, run campaigns end-to-end, measure outcomes, and attend a few events yearly. Role is full-time in-person (Denver) on a four-day work week.
