Marketing Coordinator
Forgeworks · In person, Denver · 4-day work week
Own the engine that keeps the funnel full at an AI-first RevOps firm.
Who we are
Forgeworks is an AI-first, boutique RevOps firm in Denver. We build the systems, processes, and automations that run revenue for companies across industries. AI runs through everything we do — it's how a small, sharp team outbuilds firms ten times our size.
How we work
Four days a week, in person, Monday through Thursday, ten hours a day. Then three days off, genuinely off — a hard no-Slack, no-email-after-hours rule. Work hard, recover hard. Full health benefits, and a three-day weekend every week.
The role
We've never had a dedicated marketing seat — our founder has run demand gen himself. That's the opening. You come in as the person who makes it all happen across every channel that brings leads in the door: newsletters, events, content, and ads.
You won't be alone on strategy — the founder sets direction and is your guide. But this is a builder's seat: you own the execution and the results. The newsletter that goes out, the booth that gets booked, the campaign that goes live, the content that ships. This is a great role for someone who wants to learn about marketing channels from the beginning.
What you'll do:
- Email & newsletters
- Events & conferences
- Content
- Paid Ads
What we're looking for
- You've built or run something real — a newsletter people opened, an event that drove conversations, a campaign with a result you can name. One owned, measured outcome tells us more than a full résumé.
- A generalist across paid, content, email, and events — strong in at least one, ready to grow the rest with the founder's guidance.
- Organized enough to run an event end to end without dropping a detail.
- AI-fluent — you use tools like Claude to produce more, faster.
- Up for traveling to events a few times a year.
- Intellectually honest — you'd rather show one real number than talk in buzzwords.
Compensation & benefits
- $65,000–$75,000 DOE, plus a managed program budget
- Full health benefits
- 4-day work week — in person, Denver, Monday–Thursday
- Hard no email/slack after-hours rule
