Manage Motek’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms. Responsibilities include creating and scheduling food, lifestyle, team, and grand-opening content; monitoring community interactions; tracking engagement metrics; coordinating promotions and events; and maintaining consistent brand voice and visual identity. Lead multi-state HR strategy and operations for a growing hospitality group. Oversee employee lifecycle, compliance, compensation, HRIS, workforce analytics, onboarding, training, and employee relations. Partner with executive leadership on expansion, workforce planning, and organizational design while building scalable HR frameworks and processes to support high-volume, multi-unit teams and drive retention and performance.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; build financial models and dashboards; analyze location-level P&L, KPIs, and variances; partner with marketing, supply chain, and restaurant leadership on ROI, inventory, and cost optimization; drive reporting improvements and support new store financial analysis.
