Supports VLT Marketing and Casino Special Events teams by executing promotional and casino-wide events, processing promotional offers, verifying coupon codes and promotional builds, maintaining promotional gift card and Free Play records, and completing administrative and special-project tasks. Requires independent work, strong organization, attention to detail, effective communication, confidentiality, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role includes varied first- and second-shift schedules, weekends, and holidays.
