Leads regional distribution and foodservice sales strategy, enterprise account development, channel partnerships, forecasting, pricing, and revenue growth. Manages distributor and broker relationships, negotiates contracts, oversees trade spend and account profitability, and leads a team of Sales Managers. Partners with Marketing, QA, and Operations on product launches, cold-chain standards, and customer feedback. Requires travel up to 50% to visit partners, accounts, and industry events.

Design, prototype, and test mechanical components for robotic systems in seafood automation. Conduct research, develop experimental setups, own projects end-to-end, collaborate with engineers, troubleshoot, validate, and document design iterations and test results.

Design, develop, and maintain a full-stack internal web application tracking fish from catch to customer. Build backend services, APIs, data systems, reporting, and integrations with robotics and ERP platforms. Implement DevOps workflows covering deployment, monitoring, logging, and automated testing. Collaborate with robotics, operations, and business teams to create user-friendly tools and support a new processing facility.

Develop and integrate software for robotic systems, including hardware interfaces, motor and sensor integration, automated testing, diagnostics, reliability improvements, and failure analysis. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, field, and software engineers to support robot deployments, manufacturing, research, and development.

Design, build, and test electromechanical systems to quantify fish quality. Own CAD design, machining, sensor integration, embedded systems, and data validation. Perform lab testing and sensory analysis with fish samples, review scientific literature, and iterate quickly with cross-functional teams including biology and machine learning.

Own mechanical builds of Poseidon robotic systems: assemble, integrate, debug electro-mechanical subsystems, develop production processes, build fixtures, perform root-cause analysis, ensure quality, maintain documentation, and support scaling production and field deployments.
