Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team: process orders in Acumatica, respond to customer and outside-sales inquiries, prepare quotes, maintain CRM records, generate sales reports, assist with contracts, warranty claims, and coordinate with dispatch/warehouse to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team: manage leads and sales in Acumatica, qualify inbound leads, prepare quotes, follow up with customers, support account managers, perform AR follow-up, upsell/cross-sell, resolve post-sale issues, and assist with sales administrative duties.

Coordinate preventive maintenance and rental agreements by scheduling service orders, managing materials procurement and staging, tracking milestones, processing PODs and invoices, supporting renewals and billing, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure service continuity and customer satisfaction.
