Serve as the principals right-hand partner to translate vision into strategy, manage end-to-end projects, coordinate a small support team, steward external relationships, and oversee personal affairs and residences with discretion and high standards of execution.

Provide fractional chief-of-staff and executive support to clients nationwide, coordinating priorities, stakeholders, and strategic and operational initiatives on a part-time or project basis.

Provide high-level executive support to the COO and additional support to the VP, Global Projects. Manage complex global calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel and meeting logistics, prepare materials, handle expense reporting, and partner with other EAs and stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient executive operations.
