Lead and grow Texas marketing efforts: manage social media, Google Ads, website updates, and content capture at job sites. Support employee events, ESOP messaging, proposals, and talent-acquisition social media while operating independently and building brand awareness.

Provide advanced operations and ERP support across business units: perform complex ERP data entry, resolve non-routine discrepancies, manage records, contract stewardship, document control and closeout, mentor junior OSS staff, support SOP development, and serve as subject-matter expert for process improvement.

Design electrical control panels: create schematics, panel layouts, BOMs and submittals to UL508A/NEC. Collaborate with clients, engineers, project managers and fabricators, perform site assessments, troubleshoot startup issues, and lead/mentor designers/drafters.
