Own the end-to-end user experience for XDOF's data and research platform. Build self-serve data acquisition flows, commercialize internal tooling with infrastructure, design visualizers and exploration tools for large datasets, and collaborate closely with product and design while operating production web services.

Build and maintain the infrastructure platform supporting large-scale data collection: orchestration systems for computation at ingestion, internal developer platforms for researcher workflows, multi-tenant data lake management, and exabyte-scale data warehouse and toolchain development.

Build and scale an international robotics data acquisition network: source and close high-value venues and agency partnerships, optimize inbound lead funnels, evaluate scenes and deploy multi-modal data collection hardware, and run local ground operations with vendor management, SLAs, KPI tracking, and anti-fraud verification to deliver high-fidelity embodied AI datasets.

Full-cycle technical recruiter partnering with hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and close candidates across engineering, operations, and business functions. Build pipelines, manage ATS, create structured interviews, report recruiting metrics, and ensure excellent candidate experience while representing company mission.

Embed with strategic customers to own end-to-end delivery of robotics/egocentric data products: translate requirements, sequence and QA deliveries, triage technical issues, and feed recurring needs into the data-engine and annotation roadmaps to improve model performance.
