About the RoleWe’re seeking a proactive and resourceful Technical Recruiter to help us grow our team with extraordinary talent. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract, source, and engage highly qualified candidates for key technical and operational positions. You will be responsible for driving the full recruitment lifecycle—building pipelines, managing processes, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience—in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and help close candidates for roles across engineering, operations, and business functions
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build job descriptions, and create structured interview processes
Source and engage passive talent through creative research, networking, and direct outreach
Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates using ATS and other recruiting tools
Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics to drive process improvements
Represent XDOF, sharing our story, values, and mission with prospective candidates
2+ years’ experience in technical recruiting, preferably at a high-growth startup or technology company
Proven track record of sourcing and placing technical talent (e.g., software engineers, robotics specialists, data professionals)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building relationships
Ability to operate independently and adapt to ambiguity in a fast-changing environment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
Passion for emerging technology, robotics, and AI is a plus
