Design, implement and support Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, ETL and BI processes. Work with MDS/DQS, SSIS/SSRS, Oracle and SQL Server to integrate heterogeneous sources, model data, enforce governance, tune databases, and coordinate onsite/offshore teams.

Lead and manage user acceptance and other testing phases for a state Child Support Enforcement system. Develop and manage test plans, monitor contractor testing performance, produce metrics/reports, oversee incident management, ensure testability of requirements and components, and support transition from acceptance to pilot.

Analyze requirements and functional/technical specs to develop test conditions, cases, and automated scripts. Execute manual and automated tests (web, GUI, client/server, database), validate results via SQL and UNIX, report and track defects, review test artifacts, and ensure testing adherence to project schedules and standards.

Lead design, develop, support and maintain SAP message-based integrations (SAP PI) across SAP and non-SAP systems. Coordinate with business and technical teams, create technical specs and documentation, configure PI components and adapters, troubleshoot production issues, participate in projects from blueprint through post-implementation, and provide 24/7 on-call support.

Perform User Acceptance Testing for brokerage, trust, and mobile applications. Create and execute test scripts, report results, and validate full system lifecycle. Collaborate with product owners/BA, apply strong business acumen, and support testing during off-hours as needed. Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile required; SEI experience is a plus.
