Support procurement and finance for the IT division: manage Outlook mailbox and SharePoint for purchase requests, process invoices, accounts payable/receivable, reconcile vendor inquiries, request quotes, and act as IT procurement liaison with VITA/NG on contracts, licenses, and maintenance agreements.
