Create and enhance Online Help (OLH) documentation for the Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS). Collaborate with end users, business and systems SMEs, and developers to design, develop, test, and deploy OLH. Senior PeopleSoft Developer responsible for PeopleTools 8.x development on NYS NYBEAS, specifically within Accounts Receivable or General Ledger modules. Must use SQL against Oracle in a UNIX environment. Run control pages, PS/Query, Crystal, and SQR work do not count as qualifying PeopleTools development experience.

Senior Testing Business Analyst responsible for eliciting business requirements, developing and maintaining test plans and detailed test cases, executing tests, validating results, and logging/tracking defects. May work with criminal justice systems. Experience with HP Quality Center, Requisite Pro, and automated testing/Quick Test Pro expected.
