Design, develop, implement, and support Medicaid-focused web applications and client services as part of a production support team. Diagnose and resolve issues, build web services and EDI integrations, and maintain backend data access and messaging in a Unix environment.

Administer and configure Oracle Fusion Middleware and related components (WebLogic, SOA Suite, OSB, ODI, MFT). Manage and support Solaris 10/11 systems including ZFS and zones. Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, migrations and integrations, and networking/DNS support. Communicate technical information and lead complex work efforts.

Provide Tier 2 desktop and laptop support: install/configure software and hardware, troubleshoot using scripts/checklists, escalate to Tier 3, document resolutions, assist with deployments, imaging, testing, and end-user training.

Coordinate program/project activities for IT Infrastructure Services: maintain program standards, auditability, knowledge management, update VITA PMD tool, and manage communications, risks, issues, PMD planning, schedules, and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Program Manager.

Lead SAP Treasury module implementation integrated into SCEIS. Develop and maintain project plans, coordinate timelines between SCEIS and State Treasurers Office, surface issues affecting milestones, and advise SCEIS management on development, resource, cost, and implementation risks. Requires SAP project management and implementation expertise.

Develop, enhance, and maintain .NET and SharePoint applications. Perform analysis, design, coding, unit and component testing, configuration changes, data access and manipulation, database work, documentation, system implementation, and production support.

Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, internet systems, desktops and mobile devices. Support print servers and VMware virtual environment. Configure and troubleshoot Cisco ASA firewalls, review event logs on Windows Server 2008/2012, and administer Active Directory in an enterprise environment.
