Perform high-volume data entry and document classification for investment funds, file and process emails using a filing system, analyze vendor feeds, manually price instruments, establish fund mappings, validate data quality, and support ad-hoc data requests and lookup inquiries.

Manage IT systems and staff, design and enforce IT policies, ensure data and network security, maintain backups and disaster plans, audit systems, recommend technical solutions, participate in budgeting, and provide cross-divisional IT support to meet internal and external client needs.

Perform general accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations (balance sheet, bank), accounts payable/receivable, sales/use tax reporting, audit support, vendor master maintenance, and financial controls while ensuring GAAP compliance and process improvements.
