Assist with preparing and organizing financial information, account analyses, reconciliations, tax extensions, maintaining accounting records, and administrative tasks while receiving training during the winter busy season (January–April/May).

Lead full sales cycle for new client acquisition across mid-market companies, build C-suite relationships, develop pursuit plans, collaborate with partners and service lines, generate referrals, represent the firm at events, and manage pipeline and forecasting in Dynamics CRM to achieve NYC market growth goals.

Lead audit engagements including fieldwork, testing, and documentation; identify risk areas and audit approaches; mentor and evaluate staff; manage client relationships, budgets, and pricing; support business development and stay current on auditing standards and regulations.

Supervise Business Advisory Solutions engagements including tax closings, book/tax reporting, tax research, and year-end reviews. Coordinate planning, fieldwork and wrap-up, mentor staff, communicate with clients, and escalate issues to management.

Serve as a senior member of Business Advisory Solutions performing tax closings, book closings, tax preparation, tax research, reviewing client accounting records and financial statements, advising on book/tax differences, handling miscellaneous tax filings, mentoring junior staff, and communicating with clients and managers.

Serve as lead tax advisor to ultra-high net worth clients and family offices, delivering tax planning, compliance, and representation before IRS/state agencies. Manage client engagements and teams, research tax issues, provide thought leadership, and drive business development while mentoring staff.

Support tax team during busy season by preparing tax returns and extensions, organizing client tax information, assisting with notices and examinations, maintaining tax software knowledge, and performing administrative tasks.

Lead and oversee audit engagements including planning, fieldwork, testing, and documentation. Identify audit risks, manage and mentor teams, liaise with partners and clients, develop budgets/pricing, support business development, and maintain regulatory and technical knowledge.

Support the tax team during busy season by preparing tax returns and extensions, organizing tax information, assisting with notices and examinations, maintaining knowledge of tax software, and performing administrative tasks. Internship runs January through April/May and requires minimum weekly hours and weekend availability.

Manage tax compliance and closings, review tax workpapers, respond to client compliance questions, perform intermediate tax and accounting research, oversee staff workloads and training, develop budgets/pricing, and maintain strong client relationships.
