Lead commercial tax engagements delivering partnerships, C-corporation and S-corporation tax planning, compliance, research, and review. Manage client relationships and engagement teams, mentor staff, expand client base through business development, and represent clients before the IRS and state agencies. Ensure timely project planning and stay current on tax law; utilize tax software for preparation and research.

Structured winter audit internship combining classroom learning with practical experience. Interns will organize financial information, prepare tax extensions, perform account analyses and reconciliations, maintain accounting records, and assist with administrative tasks during the busy January–April/May season.

Manage international tax engagements: review US returns for inbound/outbound corporations; advise on cross-border transactions; research and draft memoranda on treaty, FIRPTA, and acquisition issues; review quantitative models; coordinate with global advisors and firm leadership; train staff and maintain client relationships.

Lead and execute audit engagements including testing controls, substantive procedures, and analytics. Manage planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up; mentor and supervise staff; ensure GAAP/GAAS compliance and client communication.

Seasonal tax internship (Jan–Apr/May) providing hands-on experience preparing tax returns and extensions, organizing tax information, assisting with notices/examinations, maintaining tax software knowledge, and performing administrative tasks. Requires coursework in tax, minimum 25 hours/week (including weekends as needed), GPA 3.0, US work authorization, and VITA participation.

Lead end-to-end Workiva financial reporting implementations, manage and mentor consultant teams (including offshore), drive solution design, ensure data integrity and testing, monitor project risks and profitability, support pre-sales and contribute to delivery methodologies and training.
