Drive creation of new markets for professional audio by prospecting, building executive relationships, positioning integrated solutions, owning pipeline, and influencing product and go-to-market strategy. Role requires frequent travel and on-site presence, creative prospecting across channels, and entrepreneurial drive to build a book of business and close complex deals.

Manage and grow strategic systems-integration partner accounts across the U.S. and Canada. Develop account plans, drive adoption of Electro-Voice, Dynacord, and Bosch solutions, coordinate training and enablement, support new product introductions, forecast and monitor sales performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet revenue targets.

Lead North America conference and adjacent AV go-to-market strategy, driving pipeline, sales, and product introductions. Provide pre-sale technical design, BOQ generation, customer and partner trainings, after-sales support, and represent the brand across stakeholders. Monitor growth metrics and collaborate with global Growth Support teams to achieve business targets, traveling ~50% of the time.
