This is not a Sales Job. It is a Growth Mission!  This role asks you to not just sell but build markets. You will not inherit a territory; you will own the responsibility for creating one!

We are expanding into entirely new markets for Conference Systems and we're looking for Business Development Managers who are willing to challenge conventional thinking and redefine how business gets done. You will identify untapped industries, create demand from the ground up, and introduce world-class audio solutions into markets such as golf & leisure, hybrid workplaces, higher education, healthcare, hospitality, smart. buildings, and emerging commercial environments.

We are looking for relentless competitors who are energized by the challenge of creating opportunities where none exist. **Qualified candidates must be located near a major metro airport for frequent (up to 50%) travel as needed.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications and What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications; or 1-3 years of equivalent experience in professional sales with proven sales results. 
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to negotiate, active listening, and rapport-building. 
  • Ability to learn complex technical solutions and communicate business value.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, social media, and sales tools.
  • Must have goal-oriented mindset, be innovate and challenge conventional approaches.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment, and willingness to adapt.   
  • Believe motivation and technical skills are essential. 
  • Believe that extraordinary effort produces extraordinary results.

Additional Information

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000-75,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.

In addition to base salary, full-time employees are eligible to participate in Keenfinity Group's (US) Health and Welfare Benefit Plans—including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance—as well as the company’s 401(k) plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective plan documents. Full-time employees are eligible to participate in Keenfinity Group’s paid time off and sick leave programs in accordance with applicable policies.
