Lead cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Engineering) to define market and product requirements, partner strategies, and ecosystem solutions using wired and wireless device technology. Drive new product development, launch readiness, and end-of-life processes while collaborating with industry partners, standards bodies, and regional teams.

Lead multi-site firmware and embedded software development for real-time audio communication products. Provide technical and organizational leadership for firmware engineering, CI/CD, automated testing, release/maintenance, staffing, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to meet product roadmaps, quality, and schedule goals.

Lead cross-functional hardware and software product projects through the full development lifecycle. Manage multiple timelines, risks, budgets and stakeholders; produce project plans, status reports, and forecasts. Partner with engineering, finance, auditors and international teams to drive on-time delivery and process improvements using ERP and PM tools.

Lead global brand strategy and execution for Electro-Voice and Dynacord. Manage a multidisciplinary branding team, drive integrated marketing campaigns and product launches, build customer and partner advocacy, ensure brand governance and consistency across regions, and advise senior leadership while developing team capabilities and agency relationships.
