Lead portfolio governance and operationalize a Tribe/value-stream delivery model. Define execution standards, run executive cadence, manage dependencies and escalations, coach value stream leads, and track benefits realization with Finance to ensure initiatives deliver on time and on value.

Own and execute the Canada brand growth strategy across portfolio, leading agency partners and an Associate Brand Manager. Drive innovation, pricing, promotions, shopper and sales support, in-store activation, e-commerce, and marketing campaigns. Partner cross-functionally (Sales, RGM, Finance, Insights, Global Marketing), manage budgets and reporting, and use market and consumer insights to identify opportunities and optimize brand performance.

Support financial reporting, reconciliations, invoicing, and close processes. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audits, tax preparation, fixed assets, inventory counts, and account analysis. Maintain spreadsheets, ensure IFRS and internal policy compliance, and collaborate on process improvements and automation.

Lead end-to-end supply planning across US and Mexico to ensure product availability, optimize inventory and capacity, and support S&OP/IBP. Drive cross-border alignment among demand, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, commercial, and finance teams. Manage inventory deployment, safety stock, contingency plans, and executive-level decision-making to mitigate supply risks and improve planning effectiveness.

Supervise IT projects by developing and maintaining project plans, tracking progress, managing risks and budgets, coordinating resources and vendors, facilitating meetings, ensuring quality and governance, and coaching team members to deliver milestones on time.

Lead and develop the sales team to grow customer base and maintain customer satisfaction. Manage financial performance, resolve operational issues, validate orders, implement training, track KPIs, coordinate post-sales service, optimize costs and processes, ensure safety and business continuity, and build key customer relationships to drive Moldex performance.

Support global creative, social, and content strategy by coordinating campaign adaptations across markets, managing timelines and assets, enabling cross-market collaboration, and translating cultural insights—especially Gen Z/Gen Alpha trends—into scalable content and guidance for local teams.
