Independently resolve complex leave cases, serve as SME for employees and managers, oversee third-party administrators, partner with Payroll/HRIS/Operations, maintain compliance and audit readiness, analyze trends, recommend process improvements, and monitor legislative changes.

Lead sourcing and supplier management for ingredient categories, running RFIs/RFPs, negotiating contracts, driving cost savings, mitigating supply risk, and partnering cross-functionally to support product development and operations.

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, ensure data accuracy and governance, resolve reporting issues, work with Microsoft Fabric/Delta Lake, and lead small analytics efforts while mentoring others.

Lead design and execution of plant training programs to ensure safety, compliance, onboarding, operator certification, and continuous skill development. Standardize materials, manage LMS/training records, track metrics, support frontline leader development, and ensure audit readiness across shifts and departments.
