Manage day-to-day field operations and multiple crews for environmental remediation and emergency response. Ensure safety compliance, develop work plans, allocate resources, monitor project progress, control budgets and change orders, train and evaluate staff, coordinate with management and clients, and respond to 24/7 emergency calls.

Oversee workers' compensation, LOA, return-to-work, and compliance with CA and state laws. Coach leaders, maintain strong field presence, partner with COEs, and support rapid growth in safety-sensitive environments with significant travel.
