Lead plant automation strategy and projects, install and commission a progressive build cell, evaluate and prioritize automation opportunities, manage vendors and contractors, ensure projects meet technical, budgetary, and schedule goals, and support continuous improvement.

Partner with business and IT to define architecture, integrations, and solutions; manage projects through full lifecycle, governance, stakeholder communication, budgets, risk, and post-go-live support.

Lead BI and analytics projects by partnering with stakeholders to define requirements, build and maintain ETL pipelines, data warehouses, SSAS cubes, and Power BI reports. Develop complex SQL queries across sales, finance, manufacturing and other functions, support nightly ETL processing, debug and enhance reports, and share on-call responsibilities.

Lead and grow a plant engineering team to identify, manage, and deliver capital and technology projects (automation, robotics, process control) from concept through commissioning. Own engineering specifications, budgets, vendor selection, project execution, and cross-functional leadership to improve safety, reduce cost, and shorten lead time. Manage maintenance staff and contractors and ensure regulatory compliance.

Drive process improvements and standardization for machining and assembly operations. Develop process controls, oversee machine upgrades and preventative/predictive maintenance, train operators, maintain technical documentation (electrical prints, PLC/VFD programs), assist maintenance on complex issues, and participate on continuous improvement projects to improve uptime and first pass yield.
