This role offers the opportunity to influence learning strategy while remaining hands-on in program development and delivery.

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to develop onboarding resources, and coordinate learning activities.
  • Analyze organizational and training needs to develop new programs or enhance existing learning solutions.
  • Arrange and promote technical, professional, leadership, and other development opportunities across the organization.
Training Design & Delivery
  • Design and develop training programs using a variety of delivery methods, including classroom training, e-learning, virtual workshops, and on-the-job training.

Business Partnership & Consulting
  • Build strong relationships with leaders, hiring managers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
  • Coach stakeholders to identify the right solution for their learning and development needs rather than defaulting to training as the answer.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through data, feedback, and learner insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support organizational change initiatives through effective communication, learning solutions, and stakeholder partnership.
Vendor & Program Management
  • Manage relationships with external training vendors, including sourcing, contracting, coordinating, and evaluating vendor performance and quality.
  • Review and curate the OpenSesame content library to ensure course offerings remain current, relevant, and aligned with organizational and employee development needs.
  • Coordinate external training programs, conferences, and professional development opportunities.
  • Administer the Education Assistance Program, providing support and guidance to employees pursuing continuing education and professional certifications.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Identify opportunities to improve training programs, processes, delivery methods, and learner experiences.
  • Use data, feedback, technology, and emerging learning practices to continuously improve learning solutions.
  • Bring innovative thinking to the development and delivery of learning programs.
  • Stay current on trends, technologies, and best practices in learning and development.
What We're Looking ForRequired Skills & Abilities

  • Adaptable and comfortable working through changing priorities and organizational change.

  • Innovative approach to developing learning solutions and using technology to enhance learning.
  • Experience with e-learning development tools such as Articulate.
  • Ability to work effectively with employees and leaders across all levels of the organization.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Training & Development, Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7–10+ years of experience developing, delivering, and managing training programs for employees at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and leading enterprise-wide learning, onboarding, or development initiatives.
  • Experience managing external training vendors and/or learning resources is preferred.
  • Experience with e-learning development and learning technologies is preferred.
  • Experience supporting continuing education, professional certification, or employee development programs is a plus.

You will help ensure new employees have a strong start, employees have opportunities to grow their skills, and leaders have the resources they need to develop their teams.

You will be successful when stakeholders see you not simply as someone who delivers training, but as a trusted learning and development partner who understands the business and helps solve problems through effective learning solutions.
