Drive improvements in equipment OEE through TPM implementation, CMMS (Infor EAM) administration, preventive and predictive maintenance expansion, training/mentoring, and leading reliability initiatives (FMEA, RCA, spare parts and life-cycle analyses).

Lead and optimize hot-working processes (forging, rolling) for nickel, titanium, and specialty steels. Improve yields, quality, and safety; analyze processing data; support R&D, product standardization, process modeling, CI activities, and customer audits.

Manage contract administration, prepare quotations, track orders to shipment, support sales forecasting and reporting, coordinate with internal teams to resolve quality, logistics, and invoicing issues, and maintain customer relationships to ensure on-time delivery and satisfaction for assigned energy accounts.

Entry-level machining engineer will design and validate machining concepts using CAD and process simulation, create models, drawings and NC programs, analyze process data, investigate manufacturing issues, recommend tooling and process improvements, document technical solutions, and support product introduction and production flow.

Lead HR initiatives for operations including labor and employee relations, talent acquisition and management, compensation, HR metrics, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.

Lead MES design, implementation, integration, testing, and user enablement across manufacturing sites. Translate business needs into system requirements, configure MES, integrate with ERP/LIMS/shop-floor systems, run UAT, produce documentation and training, and provide post-deployment support while collaborating with plant leadership, IT, and vendors.

Manage relationships across customers, sales, process engineering, and operations to deliver Titanium and specialty steel products. Review specs and quotes, create quality documentation, investigate non-conformances, support certifications and testing, lead continuous improvement projects, propose product/process innovations, and provide technical support and presentations. On-site role with periodic travel.

Support and optimize melting and remelting operations for nickel, cobalt, and specialty steels (VIM, ESR, VAR). Lead continuous improvement, maintain SPC, troubleshoot non-conformances, run trials and data analysis, support audits, and communicate results to operations and customers.

Lead process controls and automation across multiple manufacturing sites. Design, implement, integrate, and support PLC/DCS/HMI/SCADA systems, troubleshoot and improve process efficiency, support capital projects, maintain documentation, liaise with equipment suppliers, and develop subordinate engineers.

Identify and pursue new Aerospace and Energy business, develop customer-specific value propositions, build relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams to quote and win orders, create forecasts and strategic plans, manage accounts and new customer projects, and represent ATI at industry events.
