Lead and develop a melt process engineering team to ensure titanium melting process compliance, drive continuous improvement and melt process qualifications, transfer best practices across facilities, and provide technical guidance to operators, leadership, and customers.

Drive improvements in equipment OEE through TPM implementation, CMMS (Infor EAM) administration, preventive and predictive maintenance expansion, training/mentoring, and leading reliability initiatives (FMEA, RCA, spare parts and life-cycle analyses).

Plan, schedule, and execute R&D-scale melts; lead metallurgical process development and improvements; support customer requests, pilot work, procurement, and cross-functional R&D projects in a manufacturing environment.

Provide daily administrative support for melt-operations including hourly employee scheduling, Kronos time corrections, payroll assistance, training and onboarding coordination, safety meeting scheduling, reporting and database maintenance, and organizing employee events and donations.

Design, configure, implement and integrate process control and automation systems (PLC, DCS, HMI, SCADA) to improve manufacturing efficiency and reliability. Troubleshoot process issues, support capital projects, implement control strategies, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain process documentation.

Lead functional analyst for Oracle EBS Supply Chain responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain process optimization, ERP solution delivery, integrations, lifecycle management, upgrades, reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder leadership to standardize and scale supply chain operations across Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Order Fulfillment.

Lead FP&A for a multi-site manufacturing business unit: drive budgeting, forecasting, driver-based models, performance analytics, margin and capital analysis, partner with operations and lead one direct report while improving systems and processes.

Perform financial, operational, compliance, and SOX 404 audits; execute annual audit plan; document processes; prepare workpapers and draft reports; coordinate with external auditors; identify risks and improvement opportunities. Onsite in Dallas with up to 25% travel.

Optimize and troubleshoot titanium melting (VAR, EB) processes, analyze process and quality data, lead continuous improvement and root-cause analyses, develop SOPs, support equipment commissioning and training, and ensure compliance with industry quality standards.

Provide high-level administrative support to multiple C-suite leaders including CEO and CFO. Manage complex calendars, domestic and international travel (commercial and private jets), prepare agendas and presentations, anticipate executive needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, handle confidential information, and act as a proactive, resourceful partner in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
