Perform month-end close activities including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations; reconcile equipment and parts inventory GL accounts; review divisional financial statements and equipment profitability; assist budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and year-end audits; prepare ad-hoc reports and serve as backup for other accounting functions.

Manage and direct the Field Service Department: supervise staff, schedule and assign repairs, respond to customer inquiries, determine repair needs and timing, use computer and literature resources for parts/pricing, develop staff, manage relationships, and improve departmental efficiency and productivity.

Provide technical support, diagnostics, failure analysis, and training for commercial gas and diesel engines and Cat Connect systems. Liaise with customers and manufacturers, assist sales/parts, file DSNs, and travel to customer sites for installations, troubleshooting, and reporting.

Provide administrative and first-line technical support for Caterpillar connectivity and third-party monitoring platforms: onboard equipment, verify telemetry, train customers, configure notifications, maintain dealer databases and billing, create and reconcile reports, assist sales/service teams, and provide onsite installation/training as needed.

Lead data governance and master data efforts during ERP migration. Collaborate with stakeholders to define standards, profile and improve data quality, implement data policies, monitor lifecycle and integrations, and ensure master data fitness for business processes.

Design, develop, deploy, and support custom solutions across Dynamics 365 F&O and CE and the Power Platform. Build X++ customizations, C#/.NET integrations, Power Apps/Automate solutions, Azure-based integrations, and SSRS reporting. Manage CI/CD with Azure DevOps, support environments via LCS and Power Platform Admin Center, troubleshoot production issues, and document solutions.

Drive profitable growth of used Caterpillar power generation and industrial engine equipment through sourcing, valuation, reconditioning coordination, marketing, and resale. Manage inventory, inspect and appraise units, negotiate deals, build dealer and customer relationships, and align with service, rental, and dealer networks to meet revenue and margin targets.
