Serve as ForTec's primary contact for large IDN/GPO accounts, managing corporate supply chain relationships, negotiating contracts, responding to RFI/RFPs, driving product preference, collaborating cross-functionally (sales, finance, operations, contracting, legal, customer service), analyzing account data in Excel, and traveling nationally up to 50% to support account growth.

Provide technical support for surgical technologies: set up, operate, calibrate, sterilize, transport equipment, complete documentation, and assist surgeons and staff during procedures. Drive daily with occasional overnight travel, follow safety and credentialing requirements, and deliver exceptional customer service to healthcare partners.

Process high-volume AP invoices and payments, ensure accurate coding and approvals, reconcile vendor statements and bank/credit card accounts, assist with P-Card/T&E processing, perform month-end/year-end reconciliations and 1099 review, and respond to vendor inquiries.

Sell ForTec Medical's mobile surgical laser technology across a Northeast territory (northern Boston, southern Maine). Build relationships with hospitals, surgery centers and physician offices, drive contract wins, use consultative selling to close business, manage a large territory, and travel overnight as needed.

Lead systems optimization and process improvement for Finance and HR. Own ERP/HRIS/LMS system architecture, document current/future-state processes, run process-improvement projects, coordinate cross-functional implementations, lead UAT, and measure post-implementation outcomes.

Set up, operate, transport, and maintain surgical technologies in healthcare facilities; perform pre-op checks, sterilization, calibrations, and documentation; support surgeons and staff during cases; provide customer service and safe equipment handling with frequent driving and occasional overnight travel.

Serve as ForTec's primary contact for large IDN/GPO customers, engaging IDN supply chains, negotiating contracts, managing RFI/RFPs, and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive and maintain product preference and commercial growth.

Provide technical setup and operation of surgical technologies in the OR, perform preoperative checks, sterilization, calibrations, and documentation. Load, transport, and maintain equipment (daily driving, occasional overnight travel). Ensure safety (vehicle, workplace, laser), meet facility credentialing, and deliver excellent customer service while fostering professional relationships with healthcare partners.

Lead Operations systems ownership, optimize enterprise system configurations, reduce manual workarounds, document current and future-state processes, apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, manage cross-functional system projects, oversee UAT, rollout, training, and measure realized outcomes.

Support field sales through contract administration, pricing analysis and tooling, and CRM reporting/training. Maintain contract repository, monitor renewals, prepare pricing tools and recommendations, develop CRM dashboards and user training, and collaborate with legal, IT, and sales leadership to streamline processes.
