Provide administrative billing support for the firm's IP practice: manage time capture, review and process client bills, verify rates and work codes, research and resolve discrepancies, coordinate e-billing and vendor invoices, assist collections and client communications, and maintain billing records and reports.

Perform data management operations across on-prem and cloud systems: ETL, data imports/exports, migrations, restores and destructions; support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint), enforce data governance and compliance, automate recurring tasks, and provide end-user technical support.

Use AI-enabled tools and firm technologies to improve matter efficiency, reporting, and processes. Monitor WIP, realization, fees, collections, and budget variances; collaborate with Pricing, Finance, and Billing to drive consistent legal project management practices and technology adoption.
