Engage customers in the vehicle-buying process, assess their needs, recommend suitable vehicles, conduct test drives, explain features and financing options, follow up on leads, maintain CRM records, and achieve monthly sales targets. The role requires strong communication, customer relationship-building, product knowledge, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
