What You'll DoAs a Product Specialist, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional customer experience by:
- Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Learning about each customer's needs and helping them explore the best vehicle options.
- Demonstrating vehicle features, technology, and benefits.
- Assisting with vehicle deliveries to ensure every customer leaves excited about their new purchase.
- Following up with customers to build lasting relationships.
- Collaborating with teammates in a positive, supportive environment focused on shared success.
