Provide middle-office trade support using GMI back-office software. Reconcile and support exchange-traded derivatives (Futures & Options), perform strong Excel analytics, create PowerPoint presentations and Visio process flow charts, and work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment while communicating and partnering with stakeholders.

Manage the full change lifecycle: gather functional requirements, coordinate across Front Office/Operations/Technology, prepare and manage User Acceptance Testing, track delivery status, identify and mitigate risks and issues, and adhere to enterprise change management standards.

Provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive and team: manage calendars, appointments, travel, meetings and events; handle confidential information; liaise with stakeholders; support sub-teams and manage projects, tasks, and deliverables.

Support middle-office derivatives operations: ensure compliance with CFTC/ESMA/JFSA rules, confirm OTC/swaps/futures with brokers (including evening confirmations), assist front office with T+0 and T+1 PnL reconciliation, and verify/amend trade bookings.
