Lead the DataSpecs metadata management effort: gather and import metadata, build an enterprise data dictionary and data lineage, map components to national education standards, train ADE staff, coordinate communications, and support backend updates (SQL Server and Reporting Services).

Lead IT projects from inception through development, testing, and launch. Manage Agile software teams as Scrum Master, coach team members, coordinate third-party vendors, translate business needs into software specifications, enforce PMO standards, control scope/schedule/budget, manage risks and issues, and communicate progress to stakeholders across multiple concurrent projects.

Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for .NET applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, user acceptance, and load/performance testing. Create and maintain test data, metrics, and automated functional tests. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure test environments, report results, and mentor QA team members.

Work with end users to develop T-SQL reports, move data into cubes and troubleshoot issues, and create Tableau reports on request.
