Designs, codes, tests, debugs and deploys .NET web applications. Creates SDM technical documents, analyzes automation requests, prepares test data and unit tests, estimates project timelines/costs, interfaces with users for enhancements and problem resolution, and provides project status reporting.

Develop, analyze, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL code (majority of time). Upgrade and modify Oracle Forms 11g and Reports 11g, perform unit testing, documentation, and participate in code reviews.

Support and develop Motor Vehicle systems: analyze business processes, create program specifications, design and maintain software and relational databases, diagnose and fix errors, produce documentation (requirements, test cases, migration procedures), and contribute to project estimates.

Implement OLTP and OLAP systems to persist court information from functional requirements and system design. Perform ETL, export data to external agencies, use managed service calls, design and model database structures, design/code/deploy SSIS packages, document data dictionaries and package definitions, develop SSIS test plans, and support architects.

Design and implement platform-level integrated hardware and software solutions including virtualization, OS, networking, and storage. Develop and script automation, manage Linux/Solaris internals, and collaborate with teams to deploy enterprise platform components.
