Onsite Quality Assurance Analyst responsible for creating SDM documentation (SOW, BRS, FS, test plans), developing and executing test plans/scripts, documenting and tracking defects, and defining QA processes and procedures to ensure applications meet business requirements.

Perform end-to-end digital forensic investigations and incident response: preserve and analyze data from computers, servers, networks and mobile devices, identify intrusions, coordinate with agency stakeholders, maintain chain of custody, produce evidentiary reports, and provide recommendations to remediate breaches.

Manage planning, development, implementation, and delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects across mainframe, networking, telecom, and application development. Create project charters, schedules, budgets, staff and communication plans; lead teams to define requirements; monitor progress, mitigate risks, and report status to stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Lead and oversee large, high-risk, cross-platform programs from initiation through delivery. Develop requirements, schedules, budgets, and status reporting; manage issues and stakeholders; provide direction to junior PM staff and liaise with senior management.

Lead hands-on design and architecture for large-scale enterprise Java applications. Perform design reviews, code walkthroughs, and make architecture, performance and scalability decisions. Mentor engineers and maintain strong OO design, caching, and database expertise while remaining actively involved in development and technical leadership.

Manage and maintain a detailed master project plan for an enterprise software suite: track milestones, allocate and level resources, measure compliance, produce status reporting, analyze schedule risks, facilitate team meetings, and support SDLC phases across Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall methodologies.
