Lead accounting team and perform full-cycle accounting (A/P, A/R, payroll, journal entries, reconciliations). Ensure general ledger integrity, timely monthly/quarterly/year-end closes, and interpret regulatory/policy impacts on financials.

Support development and coordination of audits across Underwriting, Claims, and Product Development. Conduct independent agency audits, improve analytical controls, and assist with market conduct exams. Maintain compliance documentation and collaborate with stakeholders.

Provide production application support for mainframe and middleware environments: troubleshoot production outages, perform root cause analysis, debug Java code, manage incidents/changes, support databases (Oracle/DB2), and use monitoring/scheduling tools to meet SLAs.

Coordinate project milestones and stakeholders for Volcker metrics and trading analytics. Perform business analysis, map requirements to technical specs, author deliverables, manage UAT and test plans, and perform ad-hoc SQL data analysis and reconciliations across sources.

Support organization-wide financial strategy by building multi-year models, budgets, and forecasts; analyze revenue/expense drivers; prepare school and department budgets; manage grant budgets; develop reporting and forecasting tools to track financial performance.

Support Financial Advisors with administrative and analytical tasks to help grow their business.
