Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of OLTP/OLAP databases, ETL processes, and BI artifacts. Develop and tune SQL code, implement monitoring, enforce coding standards, manage source control, mentor junior staff, and ensure data integrity and security compliance.

Provide administrative support to departments and management by creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets, preparing PowerPoint presentations, scheduling calendar events, booking travel, answering/transferring calls, and handling scanning, filing, and general office organization while prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Verify, approve, and code invoices; process 300+ invoices weekly; prepare payments for approved invoices and contracts; maintain accurate files; handle vendor and management communications; complete special company assignments.

Manage fund accounting, audit and reporting for private equity/VC funds: prepare financial statements, partner allocations, capital calls/distributions, investor reports and valuations; oversee audits, train junior staff, prepare budgets and cash forecasts, and support compliance/tax and fundraising metrics.
