Serve as a senior individual contributor/team lead on complex application initiatives: design, code, test, and escalate platform designs. Require deep PeopleSoft-related skills (SQR on mainframe, PeopleCode, Integration Broker) and experience integrating PeopleSoft HR with third-party vendors; recruiting/eRecruit experience preferred.

Provide administrative support to the network field team including creating purchase orders, maintaining contact lists, interfacing with purchasing/sourcing/contracts, and handling high volumes of clerical and technical requests. Use Microsoft Windows and Office; PeopleSoft experience is a plus. Must multitask, follow processes, and ensure accuracy.

Perform end-to-end data analysis to support business strategy and operations. Responsibilities include data mining, aggregation, trending, inventory and program analysis, platform performance/milestone analytics, data governance, testing controls, monitoring data quality, and recommending policy and standards to improve operational performance.

Design and lead technical architecture for a CRM enterprise application. Collaborate with business analysts and SMEs to evaluate products, define, build, test, and implement integrated CRM and ERP solutions, including legacy system sunsetting and ERP integrations. Ensure alignment with business requirements and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Support day-to-day accounting activities, lead month/quarter/year-end close, prepare general ledger reconciliations, consolidated GAAP financial statements and managerial reports, provide written financial commentary, respond to auditors/regulators, and help implement accounting policies and procedures.

Support organization-wide financial strategy by building multi-year models, budgets, and forecasts; analyze revenue/expense drivers; prepare school and department budgets; manage grant budgets; develop reporting and forecasting tools to track financial performance.

Prepare and review individual and business tax returns, advise clients on tax and financial strategy, identify service improvements, manage multiple projects and deadlines, deliver high-quality client service, and develop toward a Tax Manager role.

Manage day-to-day office operations for a 120-person public accounting firm; supervise 2–3 administrative staff; support HR and administrative services; oversee facilities management, confidentiality, and internal communications.

Develop, install, maintain, and modify Java-based applications. Analyze user requirements, design and implement solutions, and work independently on moderate-to-complex problems. Collaborate with internal/external contacts and may extend work to front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and Angular.

Design and optimize regional cellular RF networks (CRAN, macros, small cells) balancing capacity, coverage, and cost. Create search areas, cell translations, perform drive testing, prepare FCC/FAA/FAS submissions, support site acquisition, and work with performance teams to reduce lost calls. Require knowledge of CDMA, LTE/VoLTE, link budgets, RF prediction tools, and vendor RAN systems like Ericsson. Proficiency in Siterra/MapInfo and Office applications preferred.
