Partner with technical leaders to develop win themes, write and edit technical narratives, and produce client-ready, brand-aligned proposal packages in Adobe InDesign. Manage compliance, schedules, internal reviews, reusable content libraries (Deltek Vantagepoint), and quality control across multiple simultaneous opportunities.
