Manages end-to-end project procurement through warranty handover, including supplier negotiations, contracts, claims, final accounts, delivery, quality, and procurement performance. Leads operational procurement activities, supports project procurement managers, coordinates cross-functional teams, resolves escalations, identifies suppliers, and improves supply chain processes. Requires international technical procurement experience in energy, chemical, or related industries, plus project management and team leadership capabilities.

Provides administrative and business coordination support for regional leadership, account management, field service, and technical teams. Coordinates domestic and international travel, events, meetings, communications, management reviews, documentation, action tracking, and selected customer or sales administration. Maintains accurate information flow across departments and supports timely execution of recurring business processes.

Leads site support operations across multiple project locations, coordinating personnel, manpower planning, logistics, transportation, accommodation, equipment, materials, certifications, and compliance. Oversees a team of Site Support Specialists, administrative processes, supplier communications, warehouse activities, procurement benchmarking, import/export documentation, invoicing support, and QHSE adherence. The role drives continuous improvement, resource allocation, operational readiness, and collaboration across project, finance, HR, field service, suppliers, and customer-facing teams.
