Lead month, quarter, and year-end close; manage AR, intercompany, cash, bank reconciliations, payroll accruals; review project job costs, budgets, accruals and variances; maintain asset, lease, inventory, tax and licensing accounting; prepare analyses, support audits, and drive process and system improvements.

Provide day-to-day administrative support to account management, field service, and technical teams; handle sales or procurement-oriented tasks, tender and sales documentation, order processing, invoicing, supplier invoice processing, and ERP data accuracy; ensure smooth internal and external communication, improve administrative processes, and meet KPIs for timeliness, cash flow, and customer satisfaction.

Provide commercial and contractual support for multiple (including international) industrial/EPC projects: contract strategy, negotiations, risk and claim management, bonds/insurance, payment and milestone monitoring, and training on contractual compliance.
