Eight-week, full-time onsite summer internship where students work on department-specific projects, collaborate on an Impact Project, receive mentorship and executive exposure, participate in networking and community service, present work, and engage in team and wellness events.

Manage the full contract lifecycle for agents and agencies, maintain relationships, ensure contracting compliance and correct payment level entries, and perform data entry and administrative duties to support contracting operations.

Support strategic sourcing and procurement of marketing goods and services. Execute RFPs and contract negotiations, track and analyze category spend, manage supplier performance and renewals, mitigate marketing-related risks, and collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and IT to deliver cost savings and compliance. Develop dashboards and reporting to measure supplier effectiveness.

Support daily sales operations through administrative tasks, research, data entry and analysis, meeting participation, presentation/report preparation, file organization, and collaborative project work while learning tools and processes.

Provide operational and administrative support for fixed annuity processing, daily workflow systems, reporting, data entry, scanning/filing, correspondence, and phone/email handling. Test and implement carrier and in-house technology enhancements, recommend process improvements, and support New Business and Agent Support teams.

Support development, maintenance, and automation of KPI and AUM/AUA reports. Aggregate and reconcile data from multiple systems, build dashboards, standardize KPI definitions, analyze financial and operational trends, and present insights to senior leadership while ensuring data governance and documentation.

Support commission operations for Life and Institutional divisions by processing commissions, reconciling sales data and cash receipts, maintaining commission databases, producing compensation reporting, collaborating with analysts and accounting, and resolving discrepancies.

Lead revenue recognition and cost of revenue accounting under ASC 606; prepare month-end journal entries, reconciliations, balance sheet roll forwards, and disclosures; support SOX/ICFR and external audits; analyze revenue data and LTV assessments; collaborate with Sales Ops, Commissions, FP&A, and IT to improve processes and reporting.

Support sales team and financial advisors by coordinating life, disability, LTC, and annuity business. Generate illustrations/quotes, respond to agents/brokers, manage CRM entries, interpret underwriting requirements, fulfill literature requests, and maintain carrier and compliance knowledge to expedite submissions.

Lead FP&A for Wealth & Annuities, managing a team to drive forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, consolidated reporting, financial modeling, executive presentations, and process/system improvements across ~10 business units.
