Recruit and qualify financial advisors into the organization using detailed marketing plans. Manage lead pipeline and CRM, discuss Quantum financial products, document follow-up, and coordinate calls and webinars with wholesalers and advisors.

Support sales team and financial advisors by coordinating life, disability, LTC, and annuity business. Generate illustrations/quotes, respond to agents/brokers, manage CRM entries, interpret underwriting requirements, fulfill literature requests, and maintain carrier and compliance knowledge to expedite submissions.

Manage annuity and life product offerings and new product development across distribution channels. Perform competitive analysis, data validation and synthesis, project management for product launches, and coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, actuarial, and carrier partners to ensure accurate product documentation and implementation.

Provide office support by reviewing, entering, and verifying insurance applications and paperwork, resolving discrepancies with agents and carriers, maintaining records, performing quality control, and training temporary staff as needed.

Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for enterprise platforms. Drive discovery, prioritize features, manage technical debt, align stakeholders, define acceptance criteria, and partner with IT and delivery teams to enable predictable delivery.

Conduct due diligence on investment products (alternatives, private equity, managed account programs), analyze financials and legal documents, prepare recommendations for the Investment and Risk committee, collaborate with vendors and stakeholders, maintain tracking, databases and files, and perform annual ongoing reviews for approved platform products.

Design, build, and execute functional, integration, system, and nightly end-to-end test suites. Collaborate with Product and Development to create test plans, manage test data, run front-end and REST API tests, and report results to development and product teams.

Support daily sales operations through administrative tasks, research, data entry and analysis, meeting participation, presentation/report preparation, file organization, and collaborative project work while learning tools and processes.

Lead Life marketing strategy and execution, align priorities with executive leadership, manage team and budgets, build carrier partnerships, drive sales enablement and advisor engagement, oversee multi-channel content and campaign measurement to grow Integrity's Life business.

Lead financial accounting activities including reconciliations, weekly/monthly close tasks, cash reporting, audit support, and integration tracking. Manage and mentor direct and offshore teams, engage business units to resolve variances, maintain internal controls, and drive accurate financial reporting and process improvements.
