Serve as the primary HR partner for a business unit, providing workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, change management, M&A integration support, organizational design, and people-analytics-driven solutions. Facilitate development, investigations, and HR best practices while partnering with centralized People & Culture COEs and business leaders.

Own and optimize the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay lifecycle by standardizing processes, driving operational efficiency, managing stakeholders, delivering training, controlling off-channel spend, creating supplier scorecards and KPI reporting, and ensuring governance and compliance to deliver measurable efficiency and value from supplier relationships.

Designs and manages market-driven sales and product training for IMO partners and agents: conducts needs analyses, creates curriculum and eLearning, delivers virtual and in-person trainings, measures training impact, and partners with sales and agencies.

Maintain and update contracting data in the company CRM, perform manual data entry and imports, coordinate with carriers and internal teams to validate contract and payee records, follow workflows, and suggest process improvements.

Lead accounting and financial operations improvements by designing automation and AI agent solutions, integrating accounting systems, ensuring data integrity and reporting, and advising finance leadership on AI governance and system implementations.

Provide office support by receiving, reviewing, entering, and submitting insurance applications. Verify data accuracy, resolve discrepancies with agents and carriers, perform quality control, coach new team members, maintain records, and communicate process issues to management.
