Provide administrative support to senior executives (Chief People & Culture Officer, COO, CIO): greet visitors, manage calls and calendars, perform data entry, prepare meeting materials, handle office tasks (filing, scanning, supplies), maintain databases, and deliver customer-facing communication while protecting confidential information.

Execute buy/sell orders across equities, fixed income, ETFs, mutual funds, and options; manage and rebalance proprietary and sub-advised portfolios; research market trends and regulatory issues; process post-trade reconciliation and error corrections; collaborate with portfolio management, compliance, and stakeholders to implement model changes and support investment strategy execution.

Serve as the on-site face of the company: greet and direct guests, manage front desk phones and mail, maintain reception area, support hospitality initiatives, and perform clerical tasks while ensuring compliance and excellent customer service.

Serve as the primary HR partner for a business unit, providing workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, change management, M&A integration support, organizational design, and people-analytics-driven solutions. Facilitate development, investigations, and HR best practices while partnering with centralized People & Culture COEs and business leaders.

Recruit and engage insurance agents, support their contracting with carriers, assist agents to grow business, perform data entry and administrative tasks, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain clear communication while continually learning sales and marketing strategies.

Lead efforts to grow Indexed Universal Life (IUL) sales by building infrastructure, recruiting direct agents to HFG, and driving increased revenue from the IUL product line.
