Support a specialized wholesaling product line as an internal wholesaler: provide sales support to distribution partners, communicate with executives, peers, and carrier/distribution clients, analyze and organize information, and collaborate across functional teams to drive annuity product distribution.

Recruit, source, and onboard new insurance agents and field managers. Lead recruitment campaigns and events, maintain candidate pipelines, ensure strong candidate experience, and support new agents in navigating company systems.

Provide administrative and reporting support to the sales team: manage inboxes, update sales resources (OneNote, Teams, SharePoint), produce sales reports, assist with events, contracts, webinars, and carrier communications, and act as primary backup for team coverage.

Lead and manage Sales Directors and independent agents: recruit, onboard, train, retain, and support agents; perform personal sales as directed; meet company sales objectives and attend management meetings.

Lead wholesaling of proprietary annuity products to independent distribution channels and IMO internal wholesalers. Grow and maintain relationships, train wholesalers and advisors, deliver presentations and workshops, and drive annuity sales results while working independently to prioritize and support distribution partners.

Serve as onsite front office receptionist and administrative specialist: greet visitors, answer/screen calls, schedule, manage mail and supplies, perform data entry and CRM reporting, assist Agency Director, handle light accounting and event coordination, and support special projects.

Coordinate and process licensing and contracting documentation so agents are appointed with carriers and can write business. Maintain carrier requirements knowledge, use internal software, liaise with carriers and advisors, and advise on contracting and commission practices while supporting agent onboarding and payment setup.

Lead transactional and regulatory legal support for insurance portfolio companies, advising on Medicare, ACA, Part D, and other products; draft and negotiate commercial agreements; manage audits, disputes, and regulatory responses; support reorganizations, advisor/client transitions, compliance processes, and regulatory training across business units.

Manage incoming life insurance applications and documentation: triage team inbox, enter data into company systems, file and pre-populate applications, verify agent licensing, mail policies, and support process improvements and special projects.

Execute buy/sell orders across equities, fixed income, ETFs, mutual funds, and options; manage and rebalance proprietary and sub-advised portfolios; research market trends and regulatory issues; process post-trade reconciliation and error corrections; collaborate with portfolio management, compliance, and stakeholders to implement model changes and support investment strategy execution.
