Manage commission accounting: input new policies into the agency management system, generate agent advances/earnings, reconcile incoming payments, resolve carrier and agent commission issues, produce reports, scan and file statements, handle agent communications, perform quality oversight, document processes, and execute complex financial transactions with high accuracy.
