Calculate, administer, and verify sales commissions; organize and validate commission data from multiple sources; audit carrier reports; maintain records; improve commission processes and reporting; manage commission cycles and carrier payments; assist agents with carrier rules.

Process, review, and reconcile broker and advisor commission data. Enter transactions, investigate commission holds and discrepancies, collaborate with Operations/Compliance/Finance, support payouts, audits, and system testing, and maintain documentation to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.

Implement Oracle Fusion payables, design processes and controls (1099/AUP), hire and lead 1-5 direct reports, monitor volumes and metrics, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure timely, compliant payments and reconciliations.

Process and verify agent contracting paperwork, submit via carrier portals, resolve outstanding contracting issues, and provide agent support via phone, email, and in person. Create service requests, communicate with carriers, assist with new business processing, train staff, and handle special projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Lead end-to-end recruitment: source, pre-screen, interview, evaluate, and select candidates; maintain recruiting metrics; manage job posting channels; support recruiting team and improve sourcing strategies.

Support collection, cleaning, integration, and basic analysis of business data. Run routine reports, ensure data accuracy and standardization, identify trends and root causes, and document work to support project teams and leadership.

Work with QA, PMs, BAs, vendors and clients to develop and execute test plans and automation scripts. Create and maintain test cases, perform testing across Windows, UNIX and web portals, track defects, coordinate UAT, produce metrics, and follow QA methodology. Mentor others, manage priorities, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to company SOPs.

Process and support money movement requests (distributions, wires, ACH, transfers), resolve operational issues, liaise with advisors, clients, and custodians, and collaborate on process improvements to ensure accurate, timely service.

Provide front-desk support, answer inbound/outbound calls, schedule appointments and meetings, manage client data and documents, assist agents with contracts, onboarding, licensing, and commission processes, and ensure accurate timely document handling and customer service.
