Manage relationships and onboarding for new financial representatives from recruiting through transition, deliver training on policies and procedures, coordinate with recruiting, lead onboarding improvements, develop recruiting materials, and perform related duties.

Plan and execute internal and external events to support brand awareness, business objectives and employee engagement. Develop event strategies, timelines, budgets, and communication plans; manage vendors and internal stakeholders; oversee project plans, on-site support, risk mitigation, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.

Assist with testing technology enhancements, correspondence, scanning/filing, and recommend process improvements to ensure smooth client and agent experiences.

Provide office support by receiving, reviewing, entering, and submitting insurance applications. Verify data accuracy, resolve discrepancies with agents and carriers, perform quality control, coach new team members, maintain records, and communicate process issues to management.

Lead new business operations for life and annuity submissions, manage Team Leads and Case Managers, enforce KPIs and SLAs, oversee case flow and turnaround times, deliver onboarding and coaching, serve as escalation point for complex cases, partner cross-functionally, drive process improvements, and report operational performance and risks to leadership.

Manage agent and agency contract changes and agent-to-agent book-of-business transfers, ensuring compliance, accurate commission tracking, coordination with carriers and internal teams, and operational onboarding of large agency contracts.

Build financial models, forecast quarterly and annual profits, prepare cost projections, analyze and report financial status, research historical data, evaluate investments and risks, coordinate long-term planning with the CFO, participate in budgeting, review accounting transactions, and establish financial policies while maintaining confidentiality.
