Support advisors and teams by curating training resources, facilitating onboarding, coordinating in-person and virtual events, driving firmwide engagement, and partnering with Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Field Leadership to align learning with firm priorities.

Support agents and agencies through contracting with health, life, and annuity carriers. Manage electronic documents, CRM data, and contract status; provide phone and email agent support; ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory guidelines; coordinate with sales, new business, and commission teams; train staff and maintain records.

Serve as the primary contact for new representatives/advisors, manage onboarding and training schedules, coordinate with departments, review and forward transition account packets and change-of-broker requests, maintain tracking and onboarding systems, update forms and workflows, and lead process improvements to ensure smooth transitions.

Lead transactional and regulatory legal support for insurance portfolio companies, advising on Medicare, ACA, Part D, and other products; draft and negotiate commercial agreements; manage audits, disputes, and regulatory responses; support reorganizations, advisor/client transitions, compliance processes, and regulatory training across business units.

Support monthly financial models, budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling. Develop process improvements, produce financial presentations, partner with cross-functional teams, and perform ad-hoc analyses to inform leadership decisions.

Lead revenue recognition activities under ASC 606, prepare month-end journal entries, reconciliations, and financial disclosures. Oversee LTV assessments, cost of revenue accounting, and ICFR/SOX compliance. Collaborate with Sales Operations, FP&A, Commissions, and IT, use analytics to identify variances, support external audits, and drive process and control improvements.

Process and verify agent contracting paperwork, support agents via phone/email/in person, create and track service requests, communicate with carriers to resolve issues, assist with new business processing and cross-training, and train new or temporary staff.

Build and maintain advisor/agent relationships, track contacts in a database, coordinate calls, webinars, travel and onsite events, act as liaison across departments, and provide administrative support to sales executives.

Receives, reviews, and enters contract-related documents into PAS, verifies data accuracy, contacts customers to resolve discrepancies, manages online contracts/carriers/products, maintains records and files, responds to status inquiries, and completes tasks assigned by the Contract & Licensing Manager.
