Manage annuity and life product offerings and new product development across distribution channels. Perform competitive analysis, data validation and synthesis, project management for product launches, and coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, actuarial, and carrier partners to ensure accurate product documentation and implementation.

Manage and grow enterprise Medicare and health‑insurance BPO client relationships. Serve as primary client liaison, ensure operational and contractual KPI delivery, lead business reviews, drive performance improvements, manage financials and account expansion, oversee scaling and compliance with CMS/Medicare rules, and deliver data‑driven insights and reporting.

Process and reconcile commission statements, analyze payouts, perform audits, submit and clear batch exceptions, recalculate batches, update systems, respond to and resolve commission service tickets promptly, maintain <3% audit error rate, and escalate payout issues to management.

Lead and support wealth management strategy by delivering governance, ad hoc and competitive analyses, market intelligence, performance dashboards and board reporting. Identify wealth optimization and risk management opportunities, monitor macroeconomic and regulatory changes, recommend strategic improvements, and develop templates and tools to streamline analysis and client reporting.

Review and process agent and agency contracts, manage onboarding and hierarchy changes, handle contracting tickets and calls, maintain CRM accuracy, assist with large agency onboarding, and train/back up contract staff.

Proactively identify and recruit new advisors/agents, manage CRM and sales leads, coordinate calls/webinars, and promote Quantum financial products to drive revenue growth.

Manage relationships and onboarding for new financial representatives from recruiting through transition, deliver training on policies and procedures, coordinate with recruiting, lead onboarding improvements, develop recruiting materials, and perform related duties.
