Lead development and execution of integrated healthcare member marketing campaigns. Manage full recruitment lifecycle, build industry relationships, collaborate with leadership on hiring needs, and ensure smooth onboarding and candidate experience while supporting advisor growth and client-facing activities.

Lead revenue recognition accounting for Health and Life businesses under ASC 606. Prepare month-end journal entries, reconciliations, LTV and contract asset reporting, cost of revenue analysis, disclosures, and ICFR/SOX compliance. Collaborate with Sales Ops, Commissions, FP&A, IT, and external auditors. Use analytics to identify variances and drive process improvements.

Oversee LTV assessments, cost of revenue accounting, and ICFR/SOX compliance. Support advisors and teams by curating training resources, facilitating onboarding, coordinating in-person and virtual events, driving firmwide engagement, and partnering with Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Field Leadership to align learning with firm priorities.

Support agents and agencies through contracting with health, life, and annuity carriers. Manage electronic documents, CRM data, and contract status; provide phone and email agent support; ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory guidelines; coordinate with sales, new business, and commission teams; train staff and maintain records.
