Supports real estate contract accounting for assigned stores by processing rent invoices, receipts, payments, credits, and adjustments. Reconciles rent statements, maintains customer and vendor records, prepares aging and sales reports, supports collections, verifies documentation, and communicates with landlords, franchisees, and internal teams regarding discrepancies and payment arrangements.

Monitor, measure, and improve enterprise data quality across domains. Define and implement data quality rules, build automated checks in Databricks (Databricks SQL, PySpark, Delta Lake), perform data profiling and root cause analysis, create dashboards and scorecards, support governance and MDM, and collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Serve as the liaison to franchisees to improve operations, sales, marketing, and profitability. Conduct site visits, audits, openings, training, and strategic planning. Coach franchisees, review financials, recommend action plans, and ensure brand standards and compliance while traveling extensively.

Provide help desk support for end-user hardware, software, mobile devices and peripherals; manage tickets, maintain printers and security devices, assist with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, VPN, patching and antivirus; maintain asset inventory, create documentation, work with vendors, and support IT projects under senior guidance.
