A rotational program exposing engineering graduates to operations, customer service, applications engineering, and market-facing sales roles to develop technical selling, relationship-building, and leadership skills.

Program, commission, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC-controlled automation systems; develop SCADA and HMI applications; configure VFDs, servo drives, and motion control; support robotic systems; commission equipment; read and interpret electrical and pneumatic drawings; collaborate with engineering and maintenance to improve automation and maintain documentation.

Lead a plant-based industrial engineering team to improve production efficiency, quality, and safety. Own line design, standard work, labor standards, and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives. Drive KPI tracking (OEE, yield, cycle time), layout and automation projects, MES/LMS integration, APQP/NPI support, and cross-functional collaboration with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS.

Create drawings and engineering details for custom orders, program CNC machines, generate bills of materials, and ensure timely ordering of special materials to support production.

Design and validate manufacturing processes, optimize layouts and material flow, implement lean methods (5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED), perform time studies and capacity modeling, support plant start-up, train staff, lead PFMEA and continuous improvement efforts to improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

Maintain and audit master data in the ERP, coordinate item and BOM data with PLM, resolve data integrity issues, support system implementations and enhancements, assist engineering and cross-functional teams with data entry, troubleshooting, training, and documentation.
