Lead a plant-based industrial engineering team to improve production efficiency, quality, and safety. Own line design, standard work, labor standards, and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives. Drive KPI tracking (OEE, yield, cycle time), layout and automation projects, MES/LMS integration, APQP/NPI support, and cross-functional collaboration with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS.

Sell and support cleanroom HVAC solutions by developing customer relationships, reviewing project documents, preparing quotes and submittals, providing technical application support and design guidance, delivering presentations and training, and collaborating with manufacturing and design to improve products.

Provide technical product support and equipment selections for healthcare and cleanroom projects. Work with sales, contractors, engineers and owners on quoting, submittal review/approval, training, and project-related tasks. Support marketing, software tools, and R&D; travel within North America to train customers and support distribution network.

Design and validate manufacturing processes for a new plant, optimize layouts and workflows, implement lean methods, perform time studies and capacity modeling, lead PFMEA and continuous improvement, support commissioning and operator training, and maintain process documentation and compliance.

Provide full-cycle HR support for a manufacturing plant: recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance (OSHA/labor law), Paycom HRIS management, performance management, training, and bilingual Spanish/English communications.

Lead design, test, and release of HVAC products: perform component sizing and selections, design sheet metal housings and assemblies, create BOMs and documentation, run prototype testing and validations, drive manufacturable designs, mentor junior staff, and collaborate cross-functionally to balance performance, cost, manufacturability, and safety.

Lead enterprise automation strategy and roadmap; consult plant engineering to scope projects, build ROI, and manage execution through startup. Coordinate integrators/OEMs, define FAT/SAT, ensure safe startup and hand-off. Drive OT/IT alignment for network, cybersecurity, and data platforms to enable OEE and analytics. Scout automation/AI technologies, ensure machine safety and sustainment standards, and manage vendor relationships and capital projects across multiple sites.
