Lead and grow the controls engineering team, provide technical oversight for control system design, programming, and commissioning, ensure deliverables meet standards, collaborate with project managers and sales, and establish engineering processes to support integrated systems and field services.

Drive revenue and grow existing accounts by selling Kele's technical products and solutions. Conduct proactive sales calls, manage Salesforce data, meet sales quotas and activity targets, resolve customer issues, collaborate with team members, and maintain deep product and vendor knowledge while participating in training.

Coordinate and drive Kele's panel program processes by communicating with customers, panel shop and engineering, analyzing sales and production data, ensuring correct material selection and UL adherence, resolving customer inquiries, supporting sales and costing efforts, and developing/improving procedures to align production with customer requirements.

Lead a team of 4-6 account managers to drive revenue, margin, and customer growth. Enforce disciplined CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) usage, accurate forecasting with Power BI, territory and account planning, coaching, pipeline management, pricing compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to expand accounts, improve retention, and meet financial targets.

Lead product strategy, NPI and private-label expansion, supplier evaluation, pricing and lifecycle management. Own roadmap, SKU rationalization, cross-functional launches, and mentor product managers to drive revenue, margin, and market differentiation.

Provide technical product knowledge and project coordination to support sales growth. Serve as primary technical resource for customers and internal teams, prepare quotes, enter orders, review specifications, recommend tailored products, document solutions, and assist sales during peak periods.
